What are the six steps in my pet purchase journey?
- Token Payment: Reserve your chosen pet with a small, fully refundable token amount.

- Final Match: Select your ideal companion and confirm the adoption.

Can I change my selected pet after the token payment?
Yes. If your preferred pet becomes unavailable or you change your mind, simply request a swap within 48 hours. Your token amount remains fully refundable or transferable to another available pet.

What health checks and vaccinations do you provide?
Each pet receives a comprehensive veterinary examination, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and microchipping. A detailed health report accompanies every adoption.
Do you offer a health guarantee?
Yes. We provide a 14-day health guarantee covering congenital issues and vaccination-related complications. Our veterinary team remains on call to guide you through any concerns.
Delivery & Logistics
How is my pet transported?
Choose from three safe transport options:
- Air: Climate-controlled flights with professional animal handlers.
- Train: Secure, ventilated carriage with on-board care.

Payment & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We support credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and select e-wallets. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.
Is the token amount refundable?
Yes. If you decide not to proceed with adoption or if we cannot fulfill your request, your token amount is refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
