Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi
Reporting: Regional Operations Manager
Travel Requirement: 100% (within assigned city limits)
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent veterinary degree
- Valid veterinary license for practice in India
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in small animal practice
- Own reliable transportation (two-wheeler/four-wheeler)
- Smartphone with internet connectivity
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in house call or mobile veterinary services
- Additional certifications in pet wellness or preventive care
- Knowledge of pet insurance processes
- Familiarity with digital health platforms
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health checkups for pets (dogs, cats, and other companion animals) at customer residences
- Perform routine examinations, vaccinations, and basic diagnostic procedures
- Provide professional consultation and health advice to pet owners
- Document health records and treatment recommendations through our digital platform
- Maintain high standards of veterinary care and customer service
Secondary Responsibilities
- Participate in community pet health awareness programs
- Collaborate with our veterinary network for complex case referrals
- Contribute to our digital health database and pet wellness programs
- Support emergency pet health situations as required
